This amazing shredded pork recipe makes enough for about eighteen servings but you can always cut it in half if you don't need that much. This recipe uses a whole can of chipotle peppers but if you don't want it quite so spicy, you can use half the can instead. You can serve it on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings or on a bun or any other way that you like. It takes five minutes to prepare but about six hours to cook because the pork has to get nice and tender so it can be easily shredded.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 Onion
- 1 Pork Shoulder
- Salt, Black Pepper
- 1 can Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
- 2 cans Dr. Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Peel onion cut into wedges. Lay them in bottom of dutch oven.
- Salt, pepper pork , set on top of onions in pan.
- Pour peppers over pork. Pour in both cans of Dr Pepper. Add brown sugar to juice, stir in.
- Place lid on pot, set pot in oven. Cook for at least six hours, turning roast two or three times during cooking. Check meat after six hours; it should be absolutely falling apart. If it's not falling apart, return to oven for another hour.
