A recent survey conducted by Morgan Stanley showed that many of the customers that once dined at Chipotle Regularly now don't care to try it again, or not nearly as much.
Even among the customers who have ventured back to Chipotle, 13 percent say they opt for the restaurant less often. That means 25 percent of those surveyed say they have either stopped going to Chipotle or have reduced their frequency, Morgan Stanley said.
I guess it was the recent e coli outbreak that lead majority of Chipotle's loyal customers to dine elsewhere. This downfall in clientele has also affected the company on Wall Street. Many believe it will be years before guest are able to trust Chipotle again.

It wasn’t just one time people got sick. Numerous times. I will try a place a long time after the first time but when it has been numerous times. No thank you. Most people don’t. The issue should have been straighten the first time but it wasnt
While it has never been my #1 place to go, I’ve eaten there recently and it was just fine.
