
You can make as much of this delicious chicken Stroganoff as you want. If you don't prefer mushrooms you can always leave those out. If you want the sauce to be even healthier you can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. This only takes five minutes to prepare and twenty minutes to cook.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 onion
- 8-10 ounces mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- parsley for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add finely chopped onion, mushrooms, sauté for about 5 minutes, or until onions and mushrooms are tender.
- Remove veggies from pan, set aside.
- Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add in chicken chunks, cook for 5-7 minutes, until the juices run clear.
- Sprinkle flour in pan.
- Add in chicken broth, worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir to combine, whisk out any flour clumps.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce starts to thicken, about five minutes.
- Add mushrooms and onions back in. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
