I’ve been using oatmeal instead of bread crumbs for years. They taste is much better!

It may be good but when you slop catsup all over the top and bake it, it ruins the flavor totally.

We love this meatloaf! I shred the onion with a grater to hide the onions. I bake the meatloaf in a 10X6 glass baking dish which allows more room for the delicious ketchup toppping. I poke holes in the meatloaf and triple the ketchup topping. This has become one of our favorite meals!
