If you have ever indulged in a warm scoop of Peach Cobbler than you know that The Cinnamon Sugar Crust is the make it or break it point.
This recipe really takes things up a notch and gives this Classic-Cobbler a run for it's money. Oh man… if you like this type of dessert boy, oh boy… are you in for one hell of a treat!
You can easily adapt this recipe to make any type of cobbler that you want. We used peaches this time but Apple or Blueberry sounds just as good.

This is more like a crumb topping – the butter mixed with the flour and sugar and the juices from the par-cooked peaches is probably enough liquid. And I would definitely and cinnamon and nutmeg.
