This Pork Tenderloin Recipe Just Got A Crispy Upgrade With Bacon & A Delicious Savory Glaze

This incredible grilled pork tenderloin recipe uses Gouda cheese but if you don't like it, you can substitute any smoky or other cheese that you love.

You can also use a spicy or sweet barbecue sauce depending on the flavor that you want. It takes about twenty minutes to grill but that bacon will look so tasty wrapped around the juicy pork tenderloin.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 4 oz smoked Gouda
  • ¾ lb or 10 slices thick sliced bacon
  • 1 c BBQ sauce

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat a grill over medium heat.
  2. Cut slit along the length of the pork, about ¾ of the way through.
  3. Insert cheese slices.
  4. Close the pork up- make sure no cheese is hanging out.
  5. Wrap tenderloin with bacon slices, overlapping about 30%.
  6. Tie pork at 2 inch intervals.
  7. Place tenderloins on grill.
  8. Turn every 5-7 minutes. Brush with barbecue sauce, grill for another 3 minutes.
  9. Remove from the grill.
  10. Rest for 10 minutes.
