This incredible barbecue sauce makes enough for four servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want plenty more. It takes five minutes to prepare and about twenty minutes to cook. It will smell so wonderful you won't want to wait to try it!

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 2 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- Kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Pinch cayenne pepper
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, white sugar. Season both sides of chicken with salt, pepper.
The Additional Steps To Follow:
- Use your fingers to rub the spices into the chicken thoroughly on each side.
- Put the chicken on your grill with the skin side of the chicken facing down.
- Grill the chicken for about ten minutes.
- Turn the chicken over and grill it for about twelve minutes longer or until done.
- Mix the last six ingredients together thoroughly.
- Mix until the consistency is nice and smooth.
- Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the top of your chicken.
