Ever since my wife introduced me to cooking with a crockpot, chili has become a mainstay in our household. Though we usually use turkey as a beef substitute, I'll definitely be cooking this up in the next couple days!
First, make sure you have the following ingredients:
Ingredients To Gather:
- 25 lbs Boneless/skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 (11 oz) Can white corn, drained [1]
- 2 (15 oz) Cans Great Northern Beans, drained [2]
- 1 Small white onion, chopped
- 1 (4 oz) Can green chiles, chopped
- 1 (14 oz) Can diced tomatoes.drained
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 pkt White Bean Chili Seasoning Mix [1] (or 1-2 tbs chili seasoning)
- 1/2 cup Fat free sour cream (or plain lowfat Greek yogurt)
- Optional Garnishes: 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped, pinch of sugar substitute
The Super-Simple Directions To Follow:
- Place all of the ingredients in Crock Pot, and cook over low heat for 8 hours.
Tough stuff, right? The only thing you shouldn't put in right away is the Greek yogurt or sour cream (whichever you decide to use). Put that in toward the end, after the chicken has cooked through.
Bake up some cornbread to go along with it, and you have yourself a hearty, healthy meal!
Enjoy!

anyone adore this post as much as i do ? :/
Exactly.
Very nice.
I think that you might have a minor type o in your recipe!! Because 25 pounds of chicken is a little much verses the rest of ingredients ratio..
I’m just looking for a COLD DAY!!!
