
I like the idea of being a vegetarian or even better a vegan! Living on a healthy, animal-friendly diet of nuts and plants, but unfortunately I wasn’t blessed with that kind of willpower. I love all things cow, pig, and chicken! And I give in to my cravings everyday.
So to balance my meat-eating ways I like to serve one meatless meal a week. Usually on Mondays because Meatless Monday makes it sound fun for my kids who have inherited my predilection for meat.
