We Added A Secret Ingredient To Our Glazed Pork Tenderloin & It Was The Best Thing We Made All Week

This pork tenderloin makes about four servings but you can always double the ingredients to make more if you want leftovers. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and thirty minutes to bake.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons  parsley
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1  apple
  • 1/2 cup Riesling wine
  • 1 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F  Grease  baking dish.
  2. Heat  olive oil in   skillet over medium-high heat,  brown  tenderloin on all sides. Remove tenderloin to  baking dish. Sprinkle sides of meat with salt, pepper,  parsley.
  3. Cook, stir  onion,  apple in  same skillet over medium heat 5 minutes,  pour in  wine.  Bring to  boil,  pour onion, apple,  wine mixture over  tenderloin.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

Combine the last two ingredients until it is no longer lumpy.  Put this mixture on top of the pork making sure it covers each side.
Allow to bake for thirty-five to forty minutes or until done. Let your meat stand for approximately ten minutes or so. Pour your apple and onion mixture on each piece of pork.
