If you are using Apples, Pears or Peaches (Whatever your preference) make sure that you are using fresh only and make sure you are not too shy on the sugar department.

The Ingredients To Gather:

• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 2 cups flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup sour cream

• 2 cups chopped apples

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.

3. Cream butter and sugar.

4. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.

5. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

6. Add dry ingredients to the first mixture alternately with 1 cup sour cream.

7. Stir in chopped apples.

8. Spread evenly in greased pan.

9. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
