We Couldn’t Believe What They Added To This Pasta Dish But It Was Incredible!

This pepperoni fettuccine recipe makes enough for about for servings but if you want plenty more to enjoy just double the ingredients. It takes about twenty minutes to make. You'll be digging into this wonderful dish in no time!

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

12 oz. fettuccine
1/2 lb. pepperoni
3 tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp.  flour
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
kosher salt
black pepper
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
fresh parsley, for garnish

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain, return to pot.
In skillet over medium heat, cook pepperoni until crispy. Transfer to plate, wipe out fat from skillet.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

Put your 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and place over medium heat to melt.  Add garlic to your skillet, allowing it to cook for approximately sixty seconds.   Mix it the flour with a   whisk until it is well  combined. Allow to cook for another sixty seconds.   Add in your milk, broth, and some salt, pepper and oregano.  Allow everything to become thickened for a few minutes.   Toss in your mozzarella,  Parmesan, and stir until the cheese melts. Mix in your pasta, pepperoni and toss everything together until well combined. Top with parsley and more Parmesan cheese.
