We Didn’t Think It Was Possible But We Just Combined The Worlds Two Most Addicting Desserts Together

This recipe makes thirty truffles but if you plan on sharing them, you can always double the ingredients to make more.  The Samoas takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and a little over an hour for the chocolate to harden.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 cup coconut
  • 11 oz salted caramel sauce
  • 10 oz chocolate chips

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Lay out coconut on baking sheet.
  2. Place in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Leave 1/4 cup aside for sprinkling on top.
  4. Mix together the remaining toasted coconut with the caramel sauce; the mixture will be very thick.
  5. Roll out mixture into balls of about 1.5 teaspoons, place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in freezer before dipping.
  7. Place chocolate chips in bowl, microwave until smooth, stirring every 20 seconds.
  8. Dip each ball in the chocolate, place back on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Top each truffle with a few flakes of toasted coconut.
  10. Chill truffles in the fridge until chocolate has hardened.

Serve & Enjoy!
