Last December, a massive E. Coli outbreak spread across 20 states, sickened 38 people and left many bewildered by its origins. In fact the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention started investigating the outbreak immediately, but only recently did a final announcement come from General Mills, the source of the outbreak.
The company is now voluntary recalling 10 millions of pounds of flour that were manufactured at one of its plants in November 2015.
Even though this might be a long time ago, chances are you probably still have some flour hanging in your cabinets just waiting to be baked with. That is the bad part and people are ignoring this serious epidemic. Unfortunately, the outbreak of E.
