We've Waited Years For The Answer!
Like so many other kids all across America, we grew up watching the Tootsie Pop commercials with that asked the question “How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?” It only took that funny little owl three licks to get to the delicious and chewy Tootsie Roll inside, but we always wondered how many licks it would take in real life.
As we grew up, we naturally forgot about this question that had occupied so much of our childhood as we instead started worrying about mundane things like buying groceries and getting to work on time. However, we recently read an article that reignited our interest in this age-old burning question.
One very motivated young man decided to solve this question once and for all, and even followed a strict set of rules when conducting his experiment. We have to say, we're impressed!
