We Just Found The Secret Ingredient That Has Been Missing From Our Burgers & Couldn’t Resist Sharing It!

These amazing stuffed burgers make enough for four servings but you can always make more by doubling the ingredients. This recipe uses both ground chunk and ground sirloin to make the burgers that much more mouth watering.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 4  lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 4 brioche buns

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Divide  beef into 4 equal portions. Flatten  beef into small discs, divide  goat cheese between  burgers, placing  cheese into  center of  discs.
  2. Form  beef into  small balls, closing off any corners, sealing in  goat cheese.   Reshape  beef into burger patties. Season both sides of each  with salt, pepper.
  3. Heat  pan over medium heat, split  brioche buns,  toast each halve until golden brown.
  4. Heat  cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, melt  butter. Fry  burgers for 4 – 5 minutes per side.
  5. Build the burgers.

Enjoy!

That picture truly hurts my eyes and my tastebuds. As far as adding goat cheese to the center…why not add some cheese with flavor?? Brie, munster, cheddar, american…anything but goat cheese, never was a big fan.

Whatever you do, do NOT squeeze all the juice out of your burgers, as is shown here, whatever the recipe.
