These amazing stuffed burgers make enough for four servings but you can always make more by doubling the ingredients. This recipe uses both ground chunk and ground sirloin to make the burgers that much more mouth watering.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup goat cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons mayo
- 4 brioche buns
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Divide beef into 4 equal portions. Flatten beef into small discs, divide goat cheese between burgers, placing cheese into center of discs.
- Form beef into small balls, closing off any corners, sealing in goat cheese. Reshape beef into burger patties. Season both sides of each with salt, pepper.
- Heat pan over medium heat, split brioche buns, toast each halve until golden brown.
- Heat cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Fry burgers for 4 – 5 minutes per side.
- Build the burgers.

That picture truly hurts my eyes and my tastebuds. As far as adding goat cheese to the center…why not add some cheese with flavor?? Brie, munster, cheddar, american…anything but goat cheese, never was a big fan.
