We Can't Believe McDonald's Still Has Loyal Customers After This Fiasco!
There are few things that frustrate us more than heading out to our favorite fast food joint hoping for a quick bite to eat or maybe a tasty treat and then discovering that we want isn't available because of equipment malfunction. What? Aren't restaurants supposed to keep their machines in working order at all times? Well, it turns out this is not an uncommon occurrence. In fact, none other than McDonald's — that's right, the fast food industry leader — is gaining a bad reputation as having frequently out-or-order machines.
The problem first came to light after a writer for Seventeen Magazine got frustrated that she could rarely get her beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte at her nearby McDonald's and decided to investigate.
She called several locations and found that the McCafe Machine was out of order at just one. However, out of 25 restaurants the ice cream machine was out of order at five. That's 20 percent! She spoke to a few employees who gave her the scoop on why these machines are so often inoperable.
What makes this story unique though is why McDonald's advertises these seasonal favorites but always seem to have crappy machines. We did some investigating on why these machines always seem to ‘break' and what we found out was downright jaw dropping.

Don’t go to McDonalds at all. Repeated trips with long waiting times, no coffee, no ice cream, inferior breakfast sandwiches, no Big Macs. I just gave up and only go to Hardee’s.
