Rudy’s Creamed Corn Special
The Ingredients To Gather:
6 cups frozen sweet corn
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker. Set on low and cook for 4-6 hours, stirring 2-3 times to ensure the cream cheese is melted.

I make cream corn with ears of fresh corn scraped off the cob. Flour water pepper salt little bacon grease. Only sweet yellow corn.
