How To Recycle leftover Chocolate

2. Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Upgrade your chocolate into some delicious fudge!

  • Mix 2/3 of your favorite peanut butter or other nut butter with 1/2 cup almond flour and a bit of vanilla extract, or another sweetener such as honey, maple syrup, or Stevia.
  • Roll the mixture into little balls and throw them in the fridge.
  • Next take your leftover chocolate and melt it.
  • Then dip each ball into the chocolate using a toothpick and set in the fridge.
  • That's it!

I didn't think was a good idea when I first heard the term ‘bake' but when I tried it they actually came out quite nice!  Check out this festive idea on The Next Page…
