This Recipe Is So Good It's Like Having A Hawaiian Vacation In Your Owen Backyard! Since Summer is right around the coner, believe it or not, this is the perfect recipe to have on hand.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut in half

  • 6 pineapple rings 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

  • 6 slices red onion

  • 6 Hawaiian bread rolls – split and toasted

  • 6 lettuce leaves – rinsed and dried

Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. In a large glass bowl, whisk lemon and lime juices, cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Add chicken and coat evenly. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grate lightly.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade. Shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade. Grill chicken on each side for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the juices run clear when you pierce it with a fork. Grill the pineapple for 2 to 3 minutes, turn and grill the other side for 2 to 3 minutes more, until grill marks appear.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce on bottom half of a toasted roll. Add a leaf of lettuce, a piece of chicken, a pineapple ring, and an onion slice. Place top half over onion. Eat.
