Why Didn't Someone Think of This Sooner!
We've often faced this dinnertime dilemma. We're too tired to cook, or maybe we don't have the time or just feel like taking a break. However, our favorite restaurant always has a long line and a lengthy waiting list, which takes a lot of the fun and convenience out of letting someone else cook. Many times we just skip the restaurant and end up cooking at home or maybe stopping by fast food.
However, thanks to a new feature from restaurant review site Yelp, these long waits may soon be a thing of the past. How great is that? Yelp partnered with Nowait to offer a feature that allows diners to add their name to a restaurant's wait list while in the Yelp app. If the person doesn't show, the restaurant simply moves on to the next person on the list.
