Easter is over, now it is time to clean up all of the basket grass that is unavoidably strewn throughout your home and pack away the baskets. The candy will sit out for the next few days before the kids (or in my case my Husband) looses interest in it. The last thing I need is candy calling my name! One other thing that I seem to have a surplus of is eggs. Now there is no way I want to toss them, I paid good money and don't want to be wasteful. But seriously, how many eggs can we eat?
