The best part this cake is that it does not require any cooking! I mixed in a pound cake at the bottom for a base. However, if you want to make it without the pound cake then that is up to you.

Here Is What You Are Going To Need:

• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
• 2 quarts strawberries, halved, divided
• 2 quarts blueberries, divided

 

The Directions On How To Make It:

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and extracts until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream.
2. Layer half of the remaining strawberries and blueberries over cream mixture.
3. Top with another third of the cream mixture and the remaining berries.
4. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
5. Use strawberries and blueberries to make a “flag” on top.
