You May Of Had Steak Fajitas Once Or Twice In Your Life But You’ve Never Had Them Like This Before!

These grilled steak fajitas make enough to serve about four people but if you want to make these for a party, you can just double or triple the ingredients.

This recipe uses red, yellow and green bell peppers along with onion, but you can use whatever combination of veggies that you love.

You can add more flavor to  these fajitas by adding  your favorite toppings such as sour cream, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro or salsa.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 16 ounces flank steak
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 Flour Tortillas

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Place steak in pan or Ziploc bag, squeeze fresh lime juice over it, making sure steak is covered. Let sit 30 minutes.

2. Combine lime zest, salt, sugar, black pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over steak and rub into meat. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place peppers, onions in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper.

3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Place steak on grill, cook 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill, let steak rest for 10 minutes. Grill vegetables. Put vegetables on grill pan, cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 7-10 minutes.

4. Cut steak into strips. Place steak, vegetables in a flour tortilla.
