You Will Be Shocked When You Learn What Ingredient These Chicken Tenders Are Coated With!

The secret to this recipe is the golden Oreos. You probably shouldn't use any other Oreo flavor because it just won't taste right. You use these with some flour and other simple ingredients and seasonings you may have around the house to make these delicious chicken tenders.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1⁄4 inch thickness; about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1 cup Golden Oreo cookies, wafers only (about 15 cookies)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten, with 1 tbsp of water added in
  • Vegetable oil for frying (about 2 cups)

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Pulse the cookie wafers in a food processor until fine.
  2. Mix crumbs, panko and parsley in plastic bag. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put flour and eggs on separate plates.
  4. Coat chicken cutlets in flour, then dredge in beaten eggs.
  5. Add cutlets to cookie-breadcrumb mix and coat well.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan (the oil is hot enough when a pinch of breadcrumbs sizzles when added to the pan). Fry
  7. breaded cutlets until cooked through (about 4 minutes per side). Serve immediately with hot mustard.

Finished!

These Golden Oreo Chicken Tenders have so much unique flavor that you will never think about Oreos as just a simple snack ever again.

Enjoy!
