This Meyer lemon sauce is just what you need for your next seafood dish. Pair it with salmon, shell fish, red snapper, octopus, you name it. After making this sauce, you'll never touch tarter sauce again.
Things You Will Need:
-
Meyer Lemons
-
Simple Syrup
-
Salt
How To Prepare:
Halve and seed Meyer lemons and blend them, periodically scraping down the sides of the blender to make sure everything gets incorporated. Add simple syrup (I used a tablespoon of simple syrup for each lemon I used) and season with salt to taste.
Finished!
Note: Have you ever seen a sauce that was this simple to make? You'll fall in love with is versatility. It doesn't just have to be for seafood, you could even use it as a salad dressing by adding a little olive oil and honey. Yum!

This may be a really ridiculous question, if so, please forgive me, I am a guy. It says to blend down a lemon. Do you blend the whole lemon, or just the inside? I really want to try this sauce. Than you.
