Your Favorite Take-Out Dish: Sriracha Orange Beef With A Tangy Sweet & Sour Sauce

This Recipe Is To Die-For: Tender Asian Beef Stir Fried With Some Juicy Red Bell Peppers In A Sweet, Sour & Spicy Orange Sauce.

I love Chinese take out food especially when it is spicy! That is why this dish has to be my favorite to make.

Whenever I go out for Chinese I always order Orange Chicken because I like the sweet & sour sauce they make for it. However, it is never spicy enough for me and I always end up drowning the dish in spices.

I found a way to adapt this dish over the years and I have perfected the flavor! My secret weapon is Sriracha and instead of using chicken I use beef. The reason for this is because the beef soaks up the flavor more and the Sriracha kicks things up to a whole other level.

The spice factor in this dish is unreal. The sweet & sour sauce tones it down and adds a great flavor.
