Everything these days is about eating food that is good for you, but sometimes good for you does not exactly mean great tasting. Well, this Zesty Zucchini Crisper's recipe is a great solution. It’s a great healthy snack and is a great source of vitamin C, calcium, manganese, vitamin B6, protein and molybdenum. The recipe is already really enjoyable, but you can always add a bit of your own essence into the dish. Some garlic powder into the dry mix, for example, would give you a different taste and from the great variety of flavored chips out there, I think a lot of people would love this idea. Also, using panko instead of breadcrumbs would give the zucchini a light and crunchy coating, that won’t absorb as much grease, so it will stay crispier longer. You can also use more olive oil to moisten the zucchini before adding the dry mixture, so that it will stick to the Zesty Zucchini Crisper's better. As for the prepping of your main ingredient, using a vegetable slicer rather than using a knife, would really cut down prep time.
