Tomato soup just isn't tomato soup without a nice hearty, melty and extra-rich and creamy grilled cheese to accompany it, are we right? There's just something about the contrast between the two that makes both of them even better!
We thought we were pretty clever for thinking of this idea, but it turns out someone else came along and came up with something even better. And it's a heck of a lot easier than tearing the grilled cheese into chunks and then dipping it into the soup. After all, if we're going to dunk the sandwich anyway, we may as well make it for that purpose, which is just what the following recipe does.
