I will start this out by saying I love avocados! In my opinion, they are one of the world's most perfect snacks. Not only can you make amazing guac dip from them but simply slicing one up with a pinch of sea salt makes a perfect snack. Want an even better breakfast? Try cooking an egg inside of a piece of toast and slicing a fresh avocado and placing it on top. That is, in fact, my favorite breakfast for when I'm on the go.
When wanting to use one however it takes a bit of planning. Unless you run out to your farmers market or local grocer and purchase one that is useable that same day chances are you have to let them sit and rippen.
That is until now.

said it took an hour in the oven wrapped in foil at 200 degrees. A paper bad and an apple is cheaper.
