In our case, since it's summer, we were looking for recipes that would allow us to make good use of all that fresh, flavorful zucchini we had lying around. As it turns out, there's a wildly popular recipe that's all the rage on Pinterest right now, and it uses plenty of zucchini. In fact, it's a pasta dish with noodles made from zucchini. We didn't even know you can do that.
