The only way I will cook it. Perfect crisp, best tasting bacon. Made 2 days this past week. Yummy

Buy a microwave bacon pan with ridges..a large pan. Put paper towel down then bacon then paper towel….layer several layers and nuke. There will be grease in bottom if you want, but bacon is crisp and not greasy.

Bacon fat id liquid gold, lol. I use is a lot. I prefer, to bake my bacon. It doesn’t splatter all over, it stays flat, you can cook as crispy as you like, in 15 minutes you can cook the whole package at once, and, you get the bacon fat.
