We love baking and all, but sometimes the thought of spending hours on our feet in a hot kitchen just doesn't seem worth the effort…no matter how delicious the finished product is going to be! At times like that, we sometimes just skip dessert or maybe order out, but we recently we found a much better alternative. This Italian no-bake only requires mixing up the ingredients, putting them in a pan and then refrigerating until well-chilled.
Plus, this mouthwatering cake is a tantalizing combination of vanilla wafers and a yummy pudding-like center, along with plenty of flavor thanks to the milk, lemon juice, pineapple, cool whip, coconut, and cherries. It tastes so amazing we forget that we didn't have to labor for hours in the kitchen to make it. Plus, whenever we serve it our guests always think we must have ordered it from a high-end, gourmet bakery!
