By the way, if you are completely against using beer in your recipe – and some people prefer to refrain and we understand that – you can always use beef broth!
The preperation time is a bit time consuming, about three and a half (3 ½) hours but this can be done the day before and refrigerated.
When it comes time to grill, it’s a simple ten minute cook time – and dinner is served!
