Prosciutto is one of those meats that is perfect as is. Finding ways to improve upon it is almost impossible. Sure we can put it on a nice fresh slice of bread with a wonderful cheese but improving the meat itself is something I have never seen anyone do- until now.
While prosciutto is an amazing cured meat that can be diced, sliced and everything in between there is one thing I have yet to do with it that has taken this pork to a whole new level of awesomeness.
This is why I am now super excited to candy prosciutto!
