Cinco De Mayo is tomorrow and that means your baking skills will once again be put to the test. I love it whenever there is a holiday around the corner because I can start experimenting with all the desserts! This little cupcake really tops all of them because if the festive pinata-like features.
There is nothing tastier than a cupcake and M&M's but when you put the two together you have to get a little creative. This idea is perfect because rather than dieing your cupcake frosting red, orange, yellow or green you can put them inside for a surprising crunch.
