The Italian Classic Chicken Cacciatore Just Got A Whole Lot Easier, We Made Our Version In The Slow Cooker!
Italian food is many people's favorites because all the dishes are made with great herbs and spices that just make it truly wonderful.
However, Chicken Cacciatore takes so long to bake and all the vegetables need to be chopped up so many people do not even realize this super simple step to follow.
However, there is a ton of different vegetables to chop up like carrots, garlic, bell pepper, onions, etc; and a ton of people do not like to spend a ton of time doing that.
This Crock Pot version is simple to assemble and all you really need to do is dump everything inside and you're done. Yep; it really is that easy. Chicken Caccitore used to be a pain in the ass but now this simple recipe really takes down the cooking time.
It has everything there is to love about traditional Chicken Cacciatore such as juicy, tender chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, onions, juicy tomatoes, mushrooms, and just the right amount of garlic to give it even more wonderful flavor!
It will make the kitchen smell so wonderful and will be comforting and delicious after a long day at work!
