I love cooking with vegetables; well I am vegetarian so really I don’t cook anything different. Buying fresh produce rather than staying away from the frozen-food section is difficult because Organic and Fresh is super-expensive and hard to keep up.
What’s A Vegetarian To Do?!
In order to stay healthy, I have re-purposed my kitchen into a small little garden that not only will give me fresh vegetables on hand but satisfaction with knowing that everything is still organic.
I do not need to go to the store, buy super-expensive, organic soil or even make a compost pile – I just need a cup of water and some sunlight.
The most common vegetables in any chef’s or normal household are Onions, Lemon Grass, Fennel, Ginger and Garlic.
What if I told you that you would only need to buy a small portion once a year and never buy it again?
You probably wouldn’t believe me but this kitchen-trick works and it saves you a lot of money in the future.
Check out how you can use the leftover parts from your vegetables to have them re-grow themselves.
