Five Ways to Prepare Salmon

Planning a balanced meal schedule can be a challenge. The challenge is keeping things different, flavorful and above all healthy. Studies have proved that eating fish has multiple health benefits. So lets break the mold of chicken or pork for your white meats and exchange one meal a week for fish. From there you might find out that you like it so much you will start to eat it more then once weekly. My Husband was not a seafood fan when we met. This made it difficult for me to introduce him to fish so I had to get creative with the flavors so he could eat a bit more healthier.

The key of preparing seafood is how you cook it and what you pair it with. Above all make sure you have FRESH fish, nothing will ruin your dinner more then old fish and your home will smell to high heavens! (I say this from experience, the cat wouldn't even it)
