Why Go With The Stuff In The Can When You Can Whip Up A Fresh Batch Of Frosting?

The only kind of frosting people used to make before all that storebought stuff. It’s the best!

I doubt people used coffee creamer in their frosting before using store bought stuff. Did you look at the recipe? Maybe half n half, but coffee creamer? Gross…

Coffee creamer is merely a cream people put in their coffee. Nothing fancy just plain cream!

Coffee cream is Heavy Whipping Cream. You can also modify with different flavor extracts rather than just vanilla.

1 – SIFT the confectioners sugar first or you will not have smooth icing; 2) if you need it thinner add a teeny bit of light corn syrup rather than more cream. This recipe isn’t anything new or revelatory. It’s basic buttercream. Butter….cream….sugar. I’m a baker.
