If you have time to smoke them yourself with this incredibly flavorful rub then they will taste so much better than any spare ribs you have tasted before!
The brine combines apple juice, salt, brown sugar and maple syrup to make them nice and sweet then the rub is a mixture of brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder and curry powder for some spice and a bit of cinnamon.
The result is smoked spare ribs that have so much incredible flavor, everyone will be dying to try them!
