Instead Of Hard Boiling Eggs In A Pot Of Water Try This Cooking Hack Instead; They’ll Come Out Better!

If Your Hard Boiled Eggs Never Turn Out Quite Right, Try Making Your Eggs The Easier Way Instead!

Many of us enjoy eggs as an appetizer when we make deviled eggs. We also enjoy eggs in egg salad on a sandwich, or for breakfast.

The trouble with hard boiled eggs is they are difficult to get just right. Many of us end up with eggs that break while boiling. This can be very frustrating and may make us give up on making hard boiled eggs for good.

Instead of giving it completely and not being able to enjoy the eggs you love, you should try steaming them next time. This method is so much easier and the eggs will turn out perfect and truly delicious every single time!

This process will prevent your eggs from breaking or coming out not exactly cooked. They also taste a little different which is good considering that hard boiled eggs have to be cooked perfect or else your dish is ruined; it's not like you can peel them & toss em back in boiling water.

Think my way is easier. Eggs in cold water, bring to boil, lower heat to simmer, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. put a lid on, wait10 minutes. Remove eggs, run under cold water, crack & peel. Perfect every time with beautiful yellow yolks, no green from the sulphur. For soft boil, same but simmer 2 1/2 minutes, run in cold water. & scoop out. Some like 2 minute eggs.

Don’t boil eggs. Just bring them to a boil, remove from heat, and cover for 20 minutes. Perfect every time. None of the terrible outcomes described in this article.

Hi Frank. Yes, and I find you can vary the resting time a little depending if you like extra dry or slightly creamy eggs. One of these days I’m going to get myself a lab grade water bath and time eggs at 140-or-so degrees to get even better eggs. 🙂
