Everyone who likes Mexican food has a favorite dish. Some can't get enough of savory and hearty bean burritos, while others have a passion for spicy fajitas. While we adore all of the main courses (especially enchiladas, nachos…well, pretty much everything!) we have to admit we're hooked on that spicy, cheesy queso dip many Mexican restaurants serve as an appetizer with every meal. In fact, we've sometimes tanked up on so much queso and chips that we (almost) don't have room for our entree!
We've always struggled to recreate that signature queso dip at home, with every one of our attempts lacking that amazing cheesy flavor and incredible spiciness that made us so addicted to queso in the first place! Until now, that is, because we recently found an easy queso recipe that tastes so authentic we forget we made it right in our own kitchen!
