This Delicious Chicken Parmesan Has The Best Sauce In The World!

This dish is one that can be changed up almost any way you want with the type or meat and bread you decide to use. So by substituting the whole egg for just the white and the white bread crumbs for wheat, it makes this a healthier version of a family favorite. It makes this dish a little healthier for your heart and I bet they won't even notice.

Besides 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, you need two pieces of wheat bread all torn up, some Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 large egg white, part-skim milk mozzarella cheese, 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes in puree and a few garlic cloves.
