Make The Perfect, Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket In The Slow Cooker! It’s Never Been Easier!

Now that you are here it is time to get started! Once you have chopped up all of your herbs and spices it is time to now follow these steps.

Check Out What You Need To Do…

Here's How You Make It:

  1. Mix brown sugar, chipotle chili powder, cumin, celery salt, salt, garlic salt and pepper in  a small bowl.
  2. With cooking spray, spray the inside of a 6 quart slow cooker and place brisket inside and rub with mixture.
  3. Mix 3/4 cup ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar. Then pour over brisket with the broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or until enteral temp reaches 160 degrees.
  5. Transfer brisket over to a cutting board. Let stand about 10 minutes. While waiting, pour the rest of the ketchup into the sauce in the slow cooker.
  6. Slice the brisket thinly and transfer to a plate. Spoon sauce over the top.

Finished!

To make this a 100% meal, add some sides like corn on the cob. Maybe some fried potatoes and cottage cheese. And as left overs make into a great sandwich on a bun with some chips or fries and every one will be in heaven.

You do know that TRUE “liquid smoke” is simply the collection of condensation from smoldering wood you use to “smoke” meat?

This is almost the exact recipe I use for pulled pork. except: I add everything at once, and add 1 Tbsp Beavers Sweet Hot Mustard, which helps cut the salt.
