I fully enjoy my morning green smoothies, overnight oats and nut butter toast for my breakfasts, but sometimes you want something special! Whether it's a Sunday brunch, a morning picnic, or the day you ask for a raise, a delicious breakfast option is great to have in your arsenal of recipes. You don't have to forgo sweet cinnamon rolls or hearty casseroles in order to maintain your vegan diet. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, falling into a rut is not an option! Luckily for you, I have gone through and found some of the best recipes out there and they are easy to make as well. No matter what kind of breakfast you are craving, there is a little something for everyone. Your days of bagels and meaty breakfast burritos are over!

Most of these recipes include items you already have in your home. I also recommend getting the following for these recipes, if you don't already have them. :
