One Bite Of This Garlic Sauce & You’ll Never Eat Plain Noodles Again

One Bite Of This Garlic Sauce & You’ll Never Eat Plain Noodles Again

Dress Up Your Noodles To Take Your Pasta To The Next Level

After trying this recipe I don't understand why I ever ate plain noodles in the first place. I mean, seriously, they just seem so boring after having enjoyed this recipe. I absolutely can't get enough of the aromatics of garlic and onion in this and the touch of truffle oil makes me feel like I'm dining at a four star restaurant. Moving forward, this is the standard for any recipe that involves pasta. You can eat it just like this, or add this step to any of your pasta recipes.

One day I was making spaghetti with meat sauce and I got to thinking about how many different ways my family loves to enjoy this meal. One prefers sauce on the side. One prefers LOTS of sauce. One doesn't like any sauce. For my one child that doesn't like sauce, it seems unfair to make them just eat noodles. That's when I thought to dress the pasta and serve the sauce separate.

This sauce is so good you just might want to eat it seperatly. Whenever I make this I am always pouring extra; the best part about this sauce is that it tastes even better the next day!

Buy a bootle of truffle oil on Amazon for a fraction of the price at a local grocer and it will last a life time.

    GARLIC SAUCE
    Things You Will Need:
    1(12 -16 ounce) package spaghetti
1 medium yellow onion, chopped fine
    3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 stalk fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon truffle oil (white or black)
1⁄4cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, good quality
    How To Prepare:
To start, you’ll want to sauté your aromatic onion and garlic mixture with rosemary in olive oil. Be mindful of your heat during this step. The last thing you want is to have scorched garlic and onion in the pan. This is the complete opposite of the aromatics you are looking for.
Next, you’ll want to boil your spaghetti. I like to add a touch of salt, milk and oil to the water. Cook pasta to your desired doneness. I prefer al dente but it’s totally up to you.
Once the pasta is cooked, go ahead and drain it from the water and then toss in your oil mixture. Then add parm cheese to the mix and toss some more.
Garnish with truffle oil and freshly chopped rosemary.
Next: This is a really great recipe for dressing your pasta before you add your sauce. I started doing this before I pour the marinara sauce over my pasta and it seriously takes your classic favorite to the next level. The noodles are really good enough to eat them alone just like this, but you might want to consider adding this step the next time you make spaghetti with meat sauce, too!

I have a lobster mac&cheese recipe and you put truffle oil on top. You don’t need much and it’s delicious! (Oh, I don’t use lobster, I use crab legs or shrimp).
An organic shop had very small bottles for around $ 8.00, but the bigger one from Walmart is good too. The small bottle I used 2 more times, filling it up with Voo.
