This incredible chicken recipe makes enough for about four servings so if you want plenty of leftovers to enjoy again for another easy meal, you can just double the ingredients. The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup parsley

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Put chicken side by side, cover with plastic wrap. Pound chicken until 1/4-inch thick. Put flour in platter, add
  2. salt, pepper; mix with fork.
  3. Beat eggs with water.
    Dredge sides of chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, coat.
  4. Add cutlets, fry 2 minutes, turning once.
    Cook lemon slices in pan, 1 – 2 minutes, Add wine, broth, lemon juice, simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Incorporate, dissolve flour. Reduce heat to medium-low, return chicken to pan; place lemon on. Simmer 2 minutes.
