The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Put chicken side by side, cover with plastic wrap. Pound chicken until 1/4-inch thick. Put flour in platter, add
salt, pepper; mix with fork.
Beat eggs with water.
Dredge sides of chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, coat.
Add cutlets, fry 2 minutes, turning once.
Cook lemon slices in pan, 1 – 2 minutes, Add wine, broth, lemon juice, simmer 5 minutes.
Incorporate, dissolve flour. Reduce heat to medium-low, return chicken to pan; place lemon on. Simmer 2 minutes.
