Take The Omelet Challenge

I have a serious issue when it comes to breakfast, breakfast anxiety if you will! I honestly don't ever know what to make so I typically shut down and settle for cereal. That is no fun! As my mother always says, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is going to give you the energy to be a rock star for the day ahead of you. Cereal is boring and honestly it tastes like cardboard. I think we just eat it out of habit, no body actually craves cereal!

That being said I have been checking out different ways to make omelets! There are so many different recipes out there to try. I have a challenge for you, make a different omelet everyday for a week. First off you are going to feel great having a proper breakfast and energy to take on your day. By day three you will be waking up hungry and excited for breakfast. Who doesn't want their children and husband to think you are a culinary goddess?
